Fore did not get 500 mil out of the deal. The 100,000 sh sale has been discussed enough and flat earnings this quarter is deceptive. This is a weak quarter so it should be compared to the same quarter last year not the last quarter. Earnings projections for this quarter are .22-.23 cents/sh. This is a very large increase over the first quarter '96 and the company says they are comfortable with $.22 for the quarter.
