They are a MRM company. Vantive has no products like Rubric's. In fact Vantive and Rubric are trying to partner on some deals that I know of. They are still private and will be probably bought long before they go public. They are a very complimentary product to the ERM companies of the world and I would not be surprised if Siebel bought them. They were in discussions with Siebel about forming a marketing alliance but Tom nixed the deal. I think he wants the whole ball of wax. Remember Scopus and Siebel danced a little before Siebel finally decided buy Scopus out right. Regards John
