That's mindblowing. porc doesn't buy many cards, so none of these companies would still be in business were they dependent upon the patronage of customers like porc. still, unlike paying a bill by check, which is purely utilitarian (designer checks notwithstanding), a card is something that not only looks good to the eye, it also feels good to the touch, can be displayed on the mantle, etc.

Once again, porx intuition is confounded by the facts. Thanx, jeffrey.
