RS: Bat people designed the 'system' (the money side) to pay them off big time. Not only did they stand to make money on the construction of the satellites, the installation of the network, the production of the phones, and the revenue from the service, they also set themselves up for a big chunk of change for the O&M contract. It would have been a thing of wonder had they pulled it off. I always thought 10% replenishment/yr was way overboard. Now the entire cost structure which is overboard. Think they can swim long enough for help to arrive? Jeff Vayda
