Another interesting Enterprise Marketing Automation company is Exchange Applications (EXAP). They went public in Dec/98, and just reported their second profitable quarter. Revenues and profits are growing fast. They have a blue chip customer list loaded with big Financial Services and Telecommunications customers. Gartner group likes them a lot. They appear to have established "Thought leadership" in their space. Their solution is complementary to SEBL, CLFY and VNTV, so they shouldn't see a lot of competition from these established front office players. EXAP seems to have a bright future.
