EBID is up because they updated their site last night and it has some really cool stuff on it (check out the auction ticker!). Also, there's been alot of hype/spam on Yahoo (and SI) lately. Still, not many folks have found it yet, and according to the updated site, they will be launching the auction soon (i.e. earlier than the original early July target). I expect many more PRs and some free media type annoucnements before the site opens. IMO double digits is very possible BEFORE the site opens, volume is still pretty light by my standards.
