ajs; Appreciate you posting the information. However, your update raises new questions. Please refer again to press release dated 3/08/99, items A and D. Item A states the agreement for sale "has been reached". Who was the agreement with? Was it the 3 new directors outlined in item D? Also, item D states "the resignation of the present board".... and the appointment of the new, which does NOT include Logan. How is Logan now a director? Hope you saw my previous post today about "World Film Marketing". They do not sound too stable! Last comment; Conte told you he did not know the name of the auditing firm. In item D, Conte is the Corporate Secretary! Do you believe him when he tells you that he has had discussions with the auditor regarding the $5,400,000 receivable, and tells SusieQ that the audited statements will be out in 2 to 3 weks (that was 3 weeks ago) and yet he does not know the name? Does all this make sense to you? My sources say one more attempt tp "pump" the stock this week. Probably tomorrow.
