They will stop at nothing to get their way.....Holding your own shareholders hostage to get this block....Mr Robinson.....you are a smart man...raise the money.....maybe lower the warrants strike price and get the stock up and have them exercised.... NO ROLLBACK.....VOTE NO Be sure to ask your broker for your proxy in time to vote... and tell the board NO ROLLBACKS....
