Dave, I think you should call and speak with John Folgers as I did this morning. He very graciously explained to me all the particulars of the 504, warrants issued, float,etc. As I am not as knowledgeable as you and other investors on this thread might, I hesitate to relate what John Folgers told me as I might be incorrect in my translation. He returned my call within an hour as I am sure he will do for you also. To continue to harass Jeff, seems to be needless as the information you are wanting and then some is readily available. If you need his number PM me as I have it. Linda P.S. I think Tinsoldier needs to get a life!!
