They are still probably two amendments away from having the SEC declare the registration statement effective and I would not expect BNBN to announce an IPO date until they get the next set of comments back from the SEC. Hopefully, that will happen by the end of the week. I also hope that they are not dealing with any complicated issues. Once a firm date is announced, the stock will begin to move.
