What I do not understand is this:

Since it seems that EECP is doig something and it has been used in
China for many years, how come they don't try to speed up the results of their studies, but instead they are DELAYED all the time?
( I think that if you have a great product on your hands that is being used sucessfully in another country, then you try to finish your study ASAP to put it in production and make money before someone else does.)
Right?
