Do you think there is a breach of contract counter-suit for the WebNode3? After all, BW contracted to issue their press release without any stipulation that it be accurate or truthful. (The contract simply makes the issuer responsible for the accuracy of the posting, doesn't say it has to be accurate. Construed against drafter!) They took WN3's money, then withdrew the release. Breach of contract?

Of course, damages might be hard to prove, but at the least, damages would be the charge to post the release.
