Evening Glenn. Hell of a day for dell, eh? And i stayed in as well, for the whole day. Traded a couple of times but lost a 16th every time so i gave up! Got 1/4 this morning though, so i'm about the same as if i had held it. So maybe one trade at the peak in the morning tomorrow. Listen, you are the stochiastics man. What are the most popular parameters used in the market? I see when i make the %D smaller, you can catch sell signals quicker, but you can also get faked out more as well. Do different stocks do better with different parameters? I am seeing with dell maybe 12 on K and 3 or 4 on D is OK. But if i know what most technical buyers look at, i can tell when they will buy and sell, and use this information as well. I think it is 12 and 5, but not sure.
Hope you had a good day. Sure you did! You were holding DELL, right?
Cheers,
Mike
PS i look for another peak tomorrow morning, like today, maybe a 1/4 or 1/2 point gain, if i do it right. What do you think?
