Huge press release imminent

Will be a classic 'good for shareholders;bad for employees' scenario. Yes: I know what it is. NO, I will not
disclose it due to my loyalty to QC.

This news wasn't expected until after the ericy deal was fully closed on the 24th, but with SEC approval of
that announced today, there's no need to delay the announcement further. Besides: a delay will further the
chance that someone spills the beans on a message board before an official announcement. That would be
unfortunate.

QC will SOAR in the days, weeks and years ahead.

QCOM TO GO UP BIG TIME

major news release very soon. look out, this stock to double and split again very soon.get on now before i
told you so.

General Jack Ripper, huh? OK.. if you say so!

Yes: I got the word on this news announcement too <sigh>. Life at Qualcomm will never be the same again
for employees. Ironically, many QC employees that transferred to Ericy will soon see that THEY actually
will come out better than many left behind!

As a result, I'm amending my earlier forecast as follows: this stock will not take a beating from the employee
lawsuit. I overstated my case (not that I thought the suit had merit to begin with.)

I'm pleased that General Ripper did not disclose the details, and out of respect for QC: neither will I. From a
business standpoint, this news will be stupendous, logical, and will serve to reward shareholders even better
than the ericy thing did.

Go QC. Go longs!
