Craig, you are providing evidence supporting my earlier point, that the MMs are short and are collecting share to cover their positions. They don't want to sell any shares and they will do everything they can to discourage buying until they have covered. In the meantime, anything but a bid at the offer price will be rejected and if they do sell at the offer they will immediately raise it to discourage further buying. I hope you get your shares soon.
