I can only give you the news. I can't predict the future.

I'm going to wait a while and see re: the share price.

This is certainly one strange puppy. It acquires 5% of ID and rockets to $1+. When it increases its interest to over 30%, it falls. News of plans to amalgamate with ID and to change its name barely causes the share price to budge. Go figure!

I think its important for ID/DEJ to start to market the product, the success of the launch, the availibility, the benefits, etc. In the absence of this information, it is hard for the market to determine the value of ID's product (if any). Add to this the number of shares outstanding and the problem becomes apparent.

I note the comment about "re-capitalizaton" in the news release. I like that. Perhaps we'll see some reduction in the number of shares outstanding. If we actually take a step or two towards Nasdaq, then we should see some future positive price movement, but that may be premature at this point. We'll see.

I would expect (I have not spoken with Simon) that we should see more news releases in the next week or two. This thing needs some momentum and with LOM on board, it may start to get it. Let's hope so.

Holding (for now), but I wish there were less shares outstanding.
