FRESH OFF THE PRESS: Everybody ready..., May 10, 1999 For Immediate Release Power Technology retains the investment banking firm of America First Capital to evaluate joint venture offers to role out its technology. Miami, Florida(May 10, 1999) Power Technology (NASDAQ:PWTC) announced today the hiring of America First Capital to represent Power in special equity financing, mergers, and strategic relationships needed to promulgate Power Technology's growth. America First Capital and its affliated parties have extensive investment banking experience and have in the past arranged for financing, mergers and acquisitions in excess of seven billion dollars. Power is in active discussions with some very important strategic relationships and has completed definitive documentation for two joint ventures to role out its technology in many parts of the world. This came in today unknow the promotions group...all I can say is thank you to all those people selling me stock this afternoon between $2.15-$2.40 and hope you aren't short because when the company has 3 million shares of buying lined up at $3 at 6a.m it will only be the beginning...THIS ISN"T EVEN THE NEWS THAT WE WERE EXPECTING TODAY, THAT, I HEAR, IS DUE OUT IN THE NEXT TWO HOURS...I need a beer now, its has been a beautiful day and when I get the release I will post it here first!!!
