Here are the specs for the QCP-860(dual mode):

With the internal battery(weighing 4.23 ounces):
2.5 hour talk, 3-4 days(72-96 hour) standby

With the slim external:
6 hours talk, 10 days(240 hour) standby

With the extended external:
10 hours talk, 17 days standby

The batteries are able to be added or taken off at any time, even while talking(hot swappable).

Nokia compares with 3.75 hour talk, 115 hour standby, weighing 50% more, costing twice as much(as far as we can tell now).

There you have it. My intent was to assure myself that Q could sell all the phones it made, just as they do now. They will easily do that.
