Here's some info for new investors who may be starting to look at NAVR as a backdoor.

NETRADIO
The NetRadio Network is one of the leading Internet providers of original audio broadcasting in the world,
offering customers more than 120 on-demand music and entertainment channels. Currently, Internet revenue is
divided into two major sectors – advertising and electronic commerce. NetRadio was the first Web site to
implement "content-enabled" commerce (or C-Commerce) and plans to introduce additional C-commerce sites in
the future. NetRadio offers 2 significant features: 24 hour-a-day broadcasting and “C-commerce”, providing
Navarre with a significant edge in the distribution of music CD's with CDPoint* ( www.cdpoint.com) (250,000+
music titles). NetRadio's diverse audio content has attracted other business partners, including Packard Bell NEC,
which features 35 of its channels on its new Windows 98 desktop audio "radio" player.

1.Eric Paulson, President of Navarre Corporation, foresaw fifteen years ago the convergence of software,
music and video technology. This was the primary focus of the original Navarre business plan. Today,
with music CD's, CD/ROM's and DVD video, this has become a reality. Navarre is the only company to
participate – and lead – in the distribution of all three technologies. The addition of NetRadio gives
Navarre an even greater distribution advantage – the Internet.
2.The Computer Products group enhanced service capability enables shipment of all new release titles
direct within 48 hours of the street date release. This practice gives Navarre a competitive advantage over
many of its peers. Computer Products can provide contracts to signed software designers within 72 hours
of agreement. Computer Products competitors generally take 2 to 3 weeks before contract.
3.Navarre's Computer Products group is the leading distributor of Computer software and CD/ROM's.
Customers of Navarre include Costco Wholesale, CompUSA, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble,
barnesandnoble.com, Circuit City, Sam's Club, Virgin, Chumbo, Tower Record, Fry's Electronics.
4.Independent Music Distribution is the only independent music distributor to represent major artists and
their labels exclusively – nationwide. These include Kenny Rogers' Dreamcatcher Entertainment, Charlie
Daniels' Blue Hat, Vonda Shepard's Vesper Alley and Mannheim Steamroller on American Gramaphone.
5.Alternative Retail Markets (ARM) distributes all labels. This includes releases from the major label artists
such as Garth Brooks, Hanson, Spice Girls and the Backstreet Boys. ARM provides these alternative retail
channels with marketing, advertising support, and accounting inventory systems. These value added
services are unavailable from the major distributors. Additionally, ARM serves as the fulfillment center for
NetRadio's CDPoint consumers - picking, packing and providing "just-in-time" delivery direct to
consumer anywhere in the U.S.A.
6.NetRadio is the first Web site to implement "content-enabled" commerce (C-Commerce) with CDPoint
allowing millions of listeners to easily purchase products online while listening to any of its 150+ audio
channels. NetRadio's traffic has increased to nearly 3 million visitors and 20 million page-views per month.
