hey doug, are you with mbtrading? did you uninstall any previous versions prior to downloading? when you deleted the program, did you use the add/remove function? during uninstall, if you were asked to remove any shared files, did you select "no to all"? did you manually delete any directories? during install, did you accept all defaults? :) mark
