Dave,

Have you ever talked to the management team, or have you ever read any of the investment packet sent by the company? Question, how else do you think a startup company will buy existing companies without using some of their stock, their good looks??? Get real here. There are very few companies that make a deal to buy another company, let alone a startup BB company, that buys anything without some sort of stock involved. Management has said on numerous occasions that they would use a combination of stock and cash for acquisitions. Before you start saying how dilutive it is, ask yourself what are the shareholders getting back in return for issuing more shares. Case in point---PCS. Although we do not know the exact details of this acquisition, I would assume that there would be some restricted stock involved here. What do we get for the dilution??? Can you say real profits that we never had and maybe cashflow? The way I look at it, the company is ATTEMPTING to buy real companies with real cashflow and real profits and trying to take the company to the next level of business, that of e-commerce. By doing this, they are ATTEMPTING to get the valuations of other e-commerce companies and paying the going rate of wholesale buying clubs-----GET IT!!!!!!
