TSE:IPV Most of employees were selling under "employee plan" 1-2-99 at .66, only mr.Tepelenas bought 5000 at .59 26-2-99 + 5000 at .59 5-3-99 on the market now hold 10000 shares. They all received options at .57 29-1-99. Can you imagine that! no need money and you get shares.(ex: mr.Graham got 70000 options at .57 hold 516783, mr.Richardson got 47000 hold 266935 and I can tell you more.) I am gonna to speculate that this stock will raise soon and they will all go out. It is just my opinion. I will surely buy some tomorrow. My target is 1.20. R.H.
