Tom, if the suit is to recover last funds from TTRIF, I would say, forget about it, the kitty is empty, if the lawsuit is to remove current management and replace it with better management, it should be borne in mind that current management has managed to drain all financial resources from the company and new management will have to think in term of recapitalization (providing that the dream that TTRIF's business can be made profitable, is still valid, I have still to see a quarterly operation of a plant that is positive cash flow, and hopefully bringing profits to the bottom line).
I still think it is not too late to salvage what one has left, because as I have said before, I do not see how this stock will hold above a penny for more than a year, and once the inevitable reverse split will take place, another major downturn will ensue IMHO. I know it is a little late in the game with many of my cyberfriends on this thread down more than 90%, but frankly without a major injection of non toxic financing, this company cannot execute its business plan, assuming it is viable.
