Thanks Kevin, I am a bit shocked that Nasdaq is that punitive for stocks that fall below a dollar. I dont think we have much more to lose by staying with this until the inevitable turnaround, even if it does take years to make it to Nasdaq again. If I could just break even I would be happy. This is a learning experience which may turn out to be a sweet one yet. Lynne
