Semyon and IGCO followers,

I am not trying to be piggish, but if things look so good why is the stock price so low? Shouldn't these "great" prospects be reflected in the price somewhat (with a discount for uncertainty)? I seem to see a disconnect between the excitement on the thread and IGCO's share price. Am I the only one here who is puzzled?
