And....to add to that! The conditions that are associated with the rights plan only kick in when a bid is made, as was mentioned. Nobody has won or lost any rights...even you Buckey!!<ggg>

If you read any Rights plan..the plan allows for issuance of shares to common shareholders if an attempted hostile bid appears to be successful but "unwanted". This dillutes the shares further, requiring the hostile company to get more shares to reach "CRITICAL MASS"! this being said, if the hostile company has decided to give us $6,578,000 (just a rough number) per share, then doubling or tripling the shares thru issuance created by the rights plan, makes the takeover "financial suicide" for the takeover company!
