I like this news because one of the better selling features (other than technical reasons) of Progress is the low cost of ownership (see progress.com. This will make it attractive (along with WebSpeed) to all the ISP's and businesses that are using Linux as a platform. As a Progress developer, I have always done development at client sites and haven't owned the product myself. I couldn't get around to laying out the required cash for both a commercial Unix box and Progress. Now I don't have to. I will buy Progress (the product) for Linux when it ships (I already own some stock). ... HubTech
