I am using VocalTec and make some call both domestically and internationally, When I palced called through my desk top computer, I can clearly hear the receiver. but the receiver indicate hearing echo from himself.

But When I placed calls from my Toshiba Laptop computer using headset and mic, the result is wonderful, almost comparable with regular phone. but sometimes the receiver's voice mail system invoked, my computer deadlocked, and I have to reboot my laptop computer.
