That's right...when the prospectus clears the special warrants get exchanged for common shares...often holders will try to anticipate a clearing date and sell a little earlier in the hopes they will still be able to exchange their warrants for shs and make proper delivery...ps. I hope Billy's "guy" is separate from the underwriting group!
