I can't find any info on a lawsuit....or any thing else for that matter. Price is up 40% for the year on no news???? I guess I bought because my broker knows I like penny stocks and he's an Asian stock NUT so he finds an Asian penny stock and thought of me. LOL It seems those are only ones (WEBS and ADRs') he recommends lately. I only have the "gambling " money in there (isn't that what the first post told us to do?)LOL
