NeoTherapeutics, Clinical trials just approved in Canada, US expected to follow within a week. This Co. is trading way below the industry avgs. for price/book and price /mkt cap. Using these calculations a fair stock price should be somewhere between $24 & $50. See NeoTherapeutics listed in stocks $5 and under.
