Tim H.,
Thanks for searching through information about these DD companies. For the three I've followed (Naxos, IPM, and Maxam) you've been right many more times than wrong. In spite of others' dissatisfactory comments about your posting, you are doing the right thing.
In reference to the article itself, to me it reiterates the vast negative feeling I have about the Jimmy John era. Unethical, underhanded, secretive, and very self-serving. From the beginning, I think he was target of the ASC investigation and although I'm glad they found him guilty I'm disappointed the sentence was so light. And I seriously doubt Naxos will ever the the $700K owed by JJ.
To Mark S., your question is extremely relevant. Who opened the damn COC containers before the testing began at Ledoux?
To Rick, Tom, and others berating Tim H., why do you scold the messenger? Your ill will is better aimed at the former directors of Naxos and likely some Ledoux employees. As activist shareholders I would think you'd expend your energy ensuring these former directors have NO influence over the present-day Naxos.
Additionally, Tim has followed these DD companies for many years and has had the courage to post such articles in the face of similar rebuttals. Not that he needs me to defend him, but in answer to Rick's question, it seems to me that he does it for the altruistic satisfaction of knowing he's opening the eyes of former, current, and potential new investors. Those who have given credence to his postings in the past two years have likely minimized their losses in these DD endeavors.
