Washdeck, I've spoken to my contacts at the NASD and they say its all about the SEC right now. I've posted the SEC number to call previously. The SEC is understaffed if you believe ANYI, and they haven't gotten around to making it "effective", which is all that has to happen for trading to begin. I'm kinda wondering if the SEC has problems with ANYI that nobody is sharing - only the SEC and ANYI would know - quiet period and all. Some folks keep bailing, maybe reducing risk in case things go really bad (and they always could). But my best bet is that it WILL eventually trade, and when it does we'll all make some amount of ?!?!?! Until then, just keep on holding I guess. I'm a little more patient right now since all my BANY shares are "free", but I'd sure like to see them take off soon.
