I have a question also and you may know this Jeff.
In the midst of all this speculation since the roller coster ride we had today, I cant help but to try to focus on the facts.
A J/V seems to be probable.
The product is safe and it works.
The Co. is run by a group of people that appear meticulous.
But will it pass FDA ?

I am trying to compare it to the only topical NSAID/analgesic I know the FDA has approved which is a Bayer product called Myoflex.I have used it on a few people and it appears to works as well as a placebo.

Where the same studies required, what was there sample size in phase3, will Pennsaid be judged the same way ?

I tried to Email Bayer a few times but for some reason it does not get through.
