Hello Carol;

I had called Tom last week and had asked him to call me and give me an update.
He was very upbeat and excited.
He did put some things to rest that we all have been reading on the boards. MicroSoft and Dell are not the companies TMMI is dealing with, but yes they are dealing with a major player out there.
(Tom did not release me the name of the company for fear of what has happened in the past)

I'm only going to speculate here......He doesn't want to sell the company, but wants to make the shareholders happy? Could this mean a merger? I asked about the Jackson suit also.......May 14th they'll be in court. Jackson has 30 days after that to file, then we seize and have a yard sale.

He also said that he's putting a release together........I wonder if this is why Larry Panik wants everyone's email address so he can do a mass email to every shareholder as to what's happening and to put the things to rest on the internet.
I did tell him that he should put it out in the form of a news release which he said he has one typed up and pending release.

I saw alot of talk.....and no one picked up the phone to inquire did they?

One question......Why do we all own this stock?
Ans: We have faith in the company no matter how long it takes to get it done.
