mr mark,
i did use W98's uninstall and then did a search to find any leftover files. RT config file was the only one i found. i did download RT before to update the program. I'm with JPR capital and spent 30 min's on the phone with them today. I really beleive the problem now is with the network. Tonight I will remove the network card and try to reload the program. The original problem was after I clicked the cancel button the screen froze. Scary feeling.
