Could you believe the rates that the PACC coop charges for cable services? Not to sound facetious, but if the PACC cable coop charges from $99 for casual surfer, to 550 dollars per month for the business user, then I don't think they'll have any congestion on the segment to speak of, anyway.

Those rates are egregiously high, IMO, wouldn't you say?
