Hi Bryan: I agree that this should not be caused for alarm, but I thought that the 21% decline was a little bit excessive. As I mentioned in my previous post, I am confident that we are not going to stay at these levels, especially if the alliance is well structured and announced very shortly. You are absolutely right that the lack of substantial news is detrimental to the stock price. Hopefully, the alliance will help in obtaining contracts which will then generate earnings.
