They aren't getting mine at these prices. Alot of 100 to 3000 share orders are going thru dropping the price. Earlier the BIG money stepped up and bought at 13+. At 9:45 two back-to-back orders for 50,000 shares went for 13.5 and 13.625 on the up-tick. And then at 10:24 two back-to-back orders for 20,000 each went for 13.75 each on the up-tick. So it seems to me that the BIG money is buying and the small money is selling. Only my opinion, of course.
