add - "...doldrums..."? Delay is the key word, whether investors like it or not. After Dec 98, the market seems to have decided to wait it out - until the PO and commercial quantities are "for real". Many brokers have much misinformation about VLNC and the Li Poly technology. NI visits, video shows, Lev's cc's or his grand plans, etc. do not cut it. A couple of PO announcements and price momentum are needed for the market to take notice. Until then, ZZzzzz... JMO Ram
