A few questions: Imagine a community. The majority of the members of the community feel threatened by a neighboring community, and by open vote decide that each member of the community must contribute to build a wall to aid in the defense of the community. Do those who refuse to contribute have the right to live within the wall? If the individual members of a community decide to build a road, or a bridge, or any other necessary structure that no individual member has the resources to build, do members of the community who do not contribute retain the right of use?
