Not exactly a brilliant analysis on your part vis a vis Chinese espionage. We just handed them on a silver platter the ability to put the US on the defensive. Just be glad that they haven't made good use of their spying spoils. Just exactly how has the balance of power changed significantly by the Chinese obtaining nuclear minaturization technology?? Do the Chinese actually have the power to dreadfully threaten the US with a pre-emptive strike using their paltry force of 18 intermediate range missiles, even with MIRV capability??
