Jst; thoughts on INNN ? ok; the single most important clue (IMO), is the chart; it looks great; a staircase climbing straight up since year-end 98'; 'Insider', Donald Graham has bought & acquired 500,000 shares since 2/98....he was obviously very confident that the company would either prevail in the patent infringement law-suit, or that the company would receive a sizeable amount of cash along with a settlement agreement (which just occurred 2 weeks ago). Questions to ponder: is the portfolio of INNN patents still 'state-of-the art' (and currently in use) ? how many years are left on these patents and has INNN filed any new 'improvement' patents ? Will the company re-emerge from Chapter 11 and actively go back into business, or will they simply license their patent rights to the former defendants in the settled law-suit ? Now, that INNN has received a substantial amount of cash, they should take certain steps in order to enhance their credibility with shareholders (ie. file for a Nasdaq listing, re-emerge from Chapter 11 ASAP and and use the newly acquired funds for R & D purposes to secure new patents for the future). Bottom line...the chart says that INNN is moving higher (IMO); whether or not they can re-organize and re-build their company is anyone's guess. Unfortunately, we don't know the true intentions of management and what their agenda will be from this point forth..... again, this is JMHO....good luck w/INNN & welcome to the thread...sw
