Ken, Not sure to which comment you are referring... However, if it is to the "restricted" it simply means, the Foundation has great "Trust" in the potential of this stock,and is simply investing in its growth.... To phrase it another way...If you are offered a 5.8% loan on your property, and you suspect the rates will eventually climb, would you accept the offer? IMHO, I think the offer has been accepted...... Peace, DJ
