You didn't just rob her, you killed her, Mr. Raskolnikov! And her sister too! Nevertheless, let me address some of your questions/remarks: There is a bigger difference in age than you think. You may be a "late bloomer", but I am a "late fader". But you have got to be kidding when you ask "Marlene Who?" So I won't answer the question. I used to think <g> meant "giggle", so I never used it. I started to use it when I learned it is supposed to mean "grin." There is also "VBG" (Very Big Grin). And "IMO" means "in my opinion". If it is honest, you may write "IMHO" -- "in my honest opinion." And so forth. It pays to use these expressions, along with smiley faces, to smooth the sometimes very rough patches that emerge in the course of cyberspace communication. jbe
