Hi Richard, Nice report on KRT. Will look at it on the charts this AM. In the meantime, what are you thoughts on MT. The new management has certainly bite the bullet and the stock looks good on the charts. I don't see much downside from here. I could use more representation in a healthcare reit and after they split the lodging away, that's what we will have left. Got to like the price and the dividend. I already have HCP and NHP. Thanks for your thoughts. The best...George PS The next resistance per my charts is 330 on the RMS and then the old highs in the 360 range.
