Differing opinions are what we post on this thread for. I would never claim to be particularly smart, I'm applying the analysis of Mr. Putnam (who I know to be be extrememely bright, a rational thinker, although certainly not always right), and anticipating further action by a corporate raider like Mr. Lebow. IMHO, he and his group will be activists in getting the share price moving upward. If it were to include sale of the company, I would think that Mr. Lebow's group would encourage that. This stock is trading lower than it has as far back as my Value Line array goes (back to '87), business may not be stellar, but it has most, if not all, the value characteristics I look for (PB, PS, Cash/Share, very low debt), plus the added kicker of having new investors involved who will be proactive if necessary. |
