I'd think that Trailmobile might want to eventually take the whole company private, in line with the rest of their operations and out of the way of regular, and regulatory reporting. Or, they may feel that cleaning up this operation will lead to positive investment returns, with the future share trading being the best way to extract a fair market exit at some future point.

Or they could just trundle along with a majority, abusing the owners of the other 49% of the company. Time, the order flow, the balance sheet and the share price will tell.

It appears that this will be a medium-term developing story, so there should be lots of time to buy stock as improvements become clear.
