George,
I show slight resistance on RIX at 248, which will match the RMS at 330, though I'm not sure either will put up a struggle.
I have been avoiding healthcare until I hear some strong rumors that PPS will be modified/reduced, as it seems to be effecting profits of the operators intensely. If so, I'm not sure how they can help but push hard for reduced rents.
MT is likely to be way oversold, but with the hotels in the low service end, it's hard to guess what the effects of FFO are. Most of the hospitality has rebounded 25-50% from the lows (RFS, BOY, WHX), but some like ENN, SSI had poor FFO comps. I imagine if the dividend is safe, that we will see MT trading about 15-18 by the time the RMS gets back into the 340-360 range.
Richard
