I SEEMS TO ME THAT WHOMEVER IS BIDDING THROUGH ds is probably someone close to the company who bought 100,000 or so at the 2.50 pp price. this purchaser(s)is a little clumsy at placing orders, however last time they were successful. The price is ridget, and they probably are of the view that if it hits, their holdings are enough to make them wealthier. If however it is much slower, they average down so their spouses don't quite so upset. Anyway, doesn't seem to have much price impact and someone always seems to sell. Lastly, my 100% bet is that Kelly is in town for the AGM. When that man is in town the price rises short. I wouldn't hold my breath for the short term permit news.
